In addition to the on-going services we are poised to launch / expand the following major initiatives:

• A new residential academy for training brilliant graduates in public administration and advocacy, at farm land 39 KMs from Ahmedabad.
• Several new digital initiatives including portals and websites, social network forums, e-Zines, SMS services and other communication networks.
• Expanding other services such as social posters, banners, pamphlets, book translations, videography, film dubbing, subtitling etc.

Consequently, we are in search of people who are skilled at software programming for web and desktops, hardware and network support, communication, research and creative writing, accounting and finance, graphics and DTP (in English, Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu), logistics, architecture and engineering, science popularization, nature appreciation, filmmaking and editing, interviewing and teaching. While our starting salaries may not be very attractive, good work doesn’t go unnoticed. We offer our employees guaranteed monthly increments as well as ad-hoc pay jumps and promotions that are based on a transparent and participative monthly performance assessment system. Additionally, you will be able to enjoy weekly offs, regular leaves, holidays, leave encashment, accident insurance, small loans etc. And, of course, if you handle any work outside the office, all the costs are reimbursed additionally. Typically we work from 10:00 to 6:30 Mon-Sat. Late sitting and holiday working are not encouraged.
