Bal Gangadhara Tilak Katnam
Bal Gangadhara Tilak Katnam, a 64-year-old senior citizen is doing his bit in giving back to the society by filling potholes on roads that take away precious life. Deeply saddened by accidents caused by potholes, he decided to take on the responsibility on his shoulder and since then every pothole that he notices in Hyderabad is filled by him. He collects mixed gravel dumped on the road and also has the permission of the Home Minister to do so.
